Update time!

Why hello there.
I’ve got a few updates for you. Listen up!
a) I’ve written an article called “9 Things to do in Nairobi” for the travel website Vagabondish. The article should appear sometime in the next few days, I’ll let you know when it’s live.
b) I’ve also beefed up the music section of this site a bit by just adding a few sentences under the songs I’m loving right now, describing why I’m so into it at this moment. Enjoy!
c) I’m heading to Johannesburg tomorrow, then Mumbai, India the next day. I will be meeting up with a friend in the airport, I can’t wait! I keep hearing how hectic India is, and pretty soon I’ll have my own stories of sweating, sickness and cursing. Hooray!
d) While I’m sad today is my last full day in Africa (for now), I’m happy that I experienced so much in the relatively short time I was here. Next African goal: Kilimanjaro.
That’s it for now, I’m off to attempt to squeeze my things into my backpack. I really hope backpacks can’t explode at the seams, but every day that seems more and more possible. I HAD to buy things, okay? Despite my rather strict budget and space allowance, I bought a large Maasai cloth, two rather chunky necklaces, three bracelets and a painting. If that painting survives, I will be shocked.
I still don’t know how to say goodbye in Swahili so…
Hakuna Matata!
